This recipe is SO macronutrient friendly, and was hands down a staple during my prep.

1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
1 cup Vanilla Cashew Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Powder
1 tsp Xanthan Gum
300 grams Ice Cubes
Toppings:Fat Free Cool Whip
Whip Cream Sprinkles
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Blend for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Macros: Protein: 26g, Fats: 4g, Carbs: 10g
Only 180 calories (without toppings)!
